Our products main advantage over a standard ceiling and walls is an absolutely flat surface, durability, light weight, installation speed, color variety, acoustic characteristics, different textures, the ability to apply printed image on the material, as well as combination of ceilings and walls with different light sources, which are developed according to our customers wishes.

The process discription for our stretch ceilings

01 Process description

Initial Consultation: A sales representative will meet with the customer to discuss the project requirements and assess the size and shape of the project. This will allow them to provide an accurate estimate and discuss any customization options available.

Quote and Design Proposal: The sales representative will provide the customer with a detailed quote and design proposal, outlining the materials and options chosen, as well as the total cost of the project.

Contract Signing: If the customer decides to proceed with the project, they will sign a contract and depending on the size and duration of the project we may ask for a deposit to secure their booking.

02 Project management

Scheduling: The project manager will coordinate with the customer to schedule the installation date and confirm any necessary preparations, such as the removal of existing fixtures or furniture.

Preparation and Delivery: The stretch ceiling material and framework will be prepared and delivered to the site. The project manager will ensure that the correct materials and tools are on hand to complete the installation.

Installation: The installation team will remove the existing ceiling, if required, and install the construction and metal framework. They will then stretch the plastic material over the framework, making sure it is properly tensioned and secured.

03 Installation process

Framework Installation: The installation team will install the metal framework using special fixings and brackets. The framework must be level and square, of course according to the design, to ensure that the stretch ceiling material is properly tensioned.

If the customer has chosen to include LED lighting, Airflow systems or other fixtures, these will be installed at this stage.

Stretching and Tensioning: The plastic material will be stretched over the framework. It will be held in place by the tensioning system and secured to the framework using special clips.

Finishing: The edges of the stretch ceiling will be sealed to prevent any light or air leaks, when the design requires it.

Clean-up: The installation team will clean up the site, removing any debris or packaging, and leaving the room in a tidy condition.

04 Final inspection

The project manager will conduct a final inspection to ensure that the stretch ceiling has been installed to the highest standards and meets the customer’s expectations.

Overall, a stretch ceiling project is a straightforward and efficient process that can be completed quickly. With the right team in place, the installation process can be completed smoothly and to the highest standards, resulting in a stunning and long-lasting finish.
